1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AmaPlayer. By creating an account, accessing, or using our mobile application, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use AmaPlayer.

2. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to create an independent account on AmaPlayer.
• Parent-Managed Accounts: Children under 13 may only use AmaPlayer through an account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. The parent/guardian responsible for the account agrees to be bound by these Terms and supervise all activity on the account.
• By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration (e.g., correct age/date of birth).
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• AmaPlayer reserves the right to disable any account that violates these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, comments, and other content ("User Content") you post on AmaPlayer.

4.2 License to AmaPlayer

By posting content, you grant AmaPlayer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content on the platform for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

4.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to share your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights).

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use AmaPlayer to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, or hateful content.
• Share content involving sexual exploitation, nudity, or violence.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Engage in spamming or unauthorized usage of the API (including scraping).
• Attempt to bypass security features or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
• Exploit children or minors in any way.
• Express or promote religious or political views. AmaPlayer is a sports-focused platform, and we aim to keep the community neutral and focused on sports.

6. Privacy

Your use of AmaPlayer is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Intellectual Property

The AmaPlayer service, including its software, code, design, logos, and features, is the exclusive property of AmaPlayer and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, upon legal requirement, or if your account creates risk or legal exposure for us.

9. Disclaimers

AmaPlayer is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and educational/career outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmaPlayer (and its affiliates, employees, and partners) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable digital data protection laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or email. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
